Control Micro Systems has strived to offer customers top-rated support since the company’s inception in 1983. Over this time, we have manufactured over 2,000 turnkey laser-based systems. With over 2000 machines in the field and most still operating, Control Micro System has highly trained engineers and technicians that are available by phone, email or in person and can assist you in troubleshooting, repairing and/or maintaining your Control Micro Systems laser system.

Labor and Travel rate are listed on each form. Unless other arrangements are made, Travel and Subsistence are the customer’s responsibility on both warranty and non-warranty field trips. These charges include:

  • Airfare
  • Hotel expenses
  • All other transportation (car rental, taxi, train, etc.)
  • Miscellaneous travel-related expenses

  • To help ensure a speedy response, please complete Section B with as much detail as possible.
  • The RMA number should be shown on all correspondence relating to this return.
  • Please be sure to identify the Model and Serial Number of the laser system.
  • Return item(s) with this form and keep a copy for your records.
